Squash Soup

One squash cut off skin and chunk
Boil in water with about five peeled potatoes and an onion that is chopped up.
When everything is tender, and most of the water has boiled off, puree.
Add thyme, salt and pepper and two minced garlic cloves.

So good when you eat Popped Pumpkin Seeds on top!
